Description of objectThe one familiy home is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village and is bungalow style of 1400 square meters property. It has 180 square meters living area.Highlight for the guests is the 60 square meter bathed in light open living and dining area that specially for groups offers enough space to eat and sit all together.At winter time a tiled fire place provides for warmth coziness, at summertime you can go directly from here to the terrace, the wintergarden and the garden. 20 sqm in the open living ald dining area are kept open to customize individual needs. You can use it as a music room or a relaxing area . You can also use it as a room for further education, or even as a aditional guestroom.There is a well mainteined IBACH piano. One of the 2 kitchen is aquipped with a dichwacher and a washing machine. Particularly groups of 10/11 persons enjoy to have two oven, two stoves two fridges and a pantry to keep groceries. The view to the outside offers an almost finished landscaped garden. Location of objectThere are many interesting hiking trails available within close proximity over the Rhine Valley, like the famous 'Rheinhöhenweg' or the newly developed hiking trail 'Rheinsteig trailer'.Visit the romantic alleys in the nearby villages and the numerous pubs and wine houses, which invite you to enjoy local wines and other specialities. The worldwide renowned Rheingau Music Festival comes together every year to share art, wine and hospitality in complete harmony. The Rhine Romantic which every year attracts thousand of visitors from around the world offers dominant fortresses and castles, historic churches and monatsreies, the famous Loreley as well as sun drenched winde hills. In June 2002 the UNESCO declared the upper middle Rhine Valley as a Cultural World Heritage area and counts as ambodiment of the romantic Rhine-contryside. Outside activities can be nearby the holiday home: cycling, horse riding, mountain biking,swimming, walking, tennis, boule, a gliding airfield is 5km away from the house. There are 3 spatowns in the Rheingau Valley: Schlangenbad, Bad Schwalbach and Wiesbaden, with termal springs, ideal for fisical and mental recreation.
